Answer: We charge $90.00 an hour for most work. Some advanced server or networking services we bill at a $120.00 per hour due to the complexity of those issues. A small travel fee may apply to some service areas. Consultations and diagnostic services are always free of charge to qualifying customers. Customers that have a service savings plan can receive substantially reduced rates over the term of their plan.
What if IT2 is unable to fix my problem or a job takes longer than normal?
Yes, although we evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis. Essentially, it is left to the discretion of each Account Manager evaluate and make the best decision based on the facts. These are the questions they use as a billing guideline:
How long should problem X normally have taken to solve?
Were there any extenuating circumstances or special circumstances outside the technician's control?
Did the technician have all the information and access necessary to solve the problem in a timely manner?
What's in the best interest of a mutually profitable long-term relationship with this customer?
What size customer is a good fit for IT2 Inc?
